The oils help a lot to decrease the dryness in the body that is caused by the pregnancy and the fish oil is very good for the health of the baby as well. Another thing, which should be included in the pregnancy meal plan for women, is the vegetables as they are a great source of many different vitamins. Then meat and grains are also very good and they can be included in the diet plan for pregnancy.
